The IAEVO family brings fully autonomous stretching: from raw material to packaged product, with no operators involved.
IAEVOLINE, the smallest model in the IAEVO family, produces 1,500 kg/h of mozzarella, block cheese, pearls, stick cheese and other pasta filata cheeses in full autonomy, with no operators involved. Plants in the IAEVO family reach up to 3,000 kg/h per plant, always in full autonomy, and can be integrated with automatic cold stores for raw-material management and direct loading into the stretching line.
The raw material arrives through an automatic process, from the draining belt or the automatic store, and the finished product comes out packaged.
The raw material reaches the loading area, where it is inspected and fed into the line.
The product enters IAEVOLINE and goes through the whole stretching and moulding process.
The product passes straight into the firming lines.
The finished product comes out packaged, with no intermediate manual steps.
The machine was designed to cut production costs and, above all, to avoid contact contamination, extending the shelf life of the final product. A revolution for the dairy industry: the raw material enters through an automatic process and the finished product comes out packaged, keeping contamination and labour costs to a minimum.
